How to Chew Nicotex.
Nicotine gum should not be chewed like the regular gum. Chew nicotine gum slowly to get the most out of the gum. Nicotine gum should be chewed slowly until a peppery or flavored taste emerges, then parked between the cheek and gum to facilitate nicotine absorption through the inner lining of the mouth. Gum should be slowly and intermittently chewed and parked for about 30 minutes or until the taste dissipates.
