Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid also help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Elderberry is also added at a rate of 100mg per dose, and the fact that it’s a blackcurrant liquid means the supplement is delicious while containing no artificial colours, flavours, or added sugars.

Purified Water, Glycerine, Elderberry Fruit Juice Powder, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Zinc Bisglycinate, Blackcurrant Concentrate, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12.
Directions for Use
Infants and children from 3 months to 1 years old: Take 1ml daily added to juice or water. For children 1-5 years: Take 1ml twice a day. Shake well before use. Clean and dry dropper thoroughly after each use with cooled boiled water. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Once opened use within 4 months.
